Unfollowers.lol provides tools to analyze Instagram export data. Core analysis functionality is designed to run locally in your app environment. Imported export contents are not uploaded to our servers by default. Availability and feature set may change over time.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for using the app in compliance with applicable laws and Instagram's terms. Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

Your Data

You are responsible for the files and data you import. Unfollowers.lol is provided to analyze your exported account information, and you retain control over your local data. Unless a future feature explicitly asks you to send data to a server, imported export file content stays in your browser environment.

Privacy, GDPR, and Cookie Terms

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under the legal bases described there and honor applicable user rights.

If optional analytics or similar tracking technologies are introduced (including Google Analytics), they will be subject to applicable consent requirements in your jurisdiction before activation.

Hosting and International Processing

We use infrastructure providers such as Vercel to host and deliver the website. Operational data may be processed outside the EU/EEA depending on infrastructure routing and provider configuration.

Where legally required, international transfers are protected using recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.

No Warranty

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Analytics outputs are informational and may vary based on source data quality.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfollowers.lol and its contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
